.PRAYER.

Today is not just another day for me. It may not be an important day to others but it is for me. So as I welcome another year of my life, I want to offer a special prayer for God.

Dear papa God, 

I may not be a perfect daughter.

I may not living a perfect life.

I don't go to church every Sunday.

But I never failed to say a prayer

before sleeping.

I want to ask forgiveness for all my faults and shortcomings.

Please lead me away from any temptations and sins.

Thank you papa God.

For having a family like mine.

A loving mother.

A supportive father.

Brothers as companion and shield.

And a boyfriend who cares and is also my best friend.

Thank you for my friends, 

who listens to my cries.

Thank you for my enemies

who let me realize the value of forgiveness.

and to all the problems,

that strengthen my faith to you.

Thank you for this new chapter of my life.

Thank you for my life.

As I started my journey on this next phase of life,

I prayed that you give me more strength as I start walking.

I offer this prayer, as a thanksgiving prayer for a fruitful year that passed.

Thank you papa God.

I lift my whole praises and love to you.

You are the source of my strength and the fountain of my hopes.
